Terms of Service

These terms apply to the software and services provided by Rizzix Tech OÜ (registry code 17589994, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia). Each customer also signs an order form or proposal; where it differs from these terms, the order form applies.
The service
We provide cloud-based school management software on a subscription basis, together with optional set-up, data migration, training, customisation and support services.
Fees and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, as stated in the order form. One-off services are invoiced as agreed. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
Term and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the same period unless either party cancels in writing before the renewal date. After cancellation, the school can export its data during an agreed export period.
Customer data
The school owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy and a data processing agreement.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully, keep their login details secure and not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
