This policy explains how Rizzix Tech OÜ (registry code 17589994, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia) ("we", "us") handles personal data. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is the controller

For enquiries sent to us and for our own customer accounts, Rizzix Tech OÜ is the controller. For data that schools enter into our platform about their students, parents and staff, the school is the controller and we act as its processor under a data processing agreement.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us: name, email, phone, school name and your message.
• Customer account and billing details: contact persons, invoices and payment records.
• Platform data entered by schools, processed only on the school's instructions.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and provide demos and quotes (our legitimate interest).
• To deliver and support the service under our contract with a school.
• To keep accounting records and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business, such as cloud hosting, email and accounting providers, under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, accounting records for the period Estonian law requires, and platform data for the length of the school's contract plus any agreed export period.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@rizzix.tech. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
